1.How to add the device
1. Please energize the device first, and then turn it on;
2.Upon entering the App, you can add the device by clicking the "+" button on the upper right of the home
3.Energize and then de-energize after 10 seconds. Energize again and long press the device reset button for 5
seconds. At this time, make sure that the device indicator flashes fast (twice a second), and then click the
[Confirm the indicator is flashing fast] button;
4.Enter your home WiFi password, and only 2.4G WiFi rather than 5G WiFi is supported;
5.Finally, wait for a few seconds, and it will be OK if it shows that the connection is successful.
2.What can you do if the device is off-line?
1.Please check whether the device is energized and the WiFi router is working properly;
2.Please check whether the device is too far away from the router, leading to a too weak WiFi signal and making
the device off-line;
3.Please check whether the router fails, and you can have a try by restarting the router;
4.Please confirm whether your home WiFi network works properly, or whether the WiFi name (SSID), password or
other information has been modified. If yes, please remove the device and add it again;
5.If the problem is still unsolved, please submit the feedback and describe your problem, and we will sincerely
3.APP cannot control the device in a remote manner, and the device does
not work after being controlled
APP suddenly loses control of the device, and this may due to the network or the off-line device.
1. Please confirm whether the device is energized;
2. We recommend you to keep the APP on and wait for about 3 minutes, and then see whether the device is on-line;
3. If the device is still on-line, please put the cellphone beside the device, and connect it to the same WiFi
as the device. Then try to open a web page and see whether it is smoothly opened to judge the network
4. If the device is on-line and the network is in good condition, but the device still cannot be controlled,
please submit the feedback and describe your problem, and we will sincerely serve you.
4.After being networked, the device can be controlled by the cellphone at
the same place. But if the cellphone is moved to another place or connected to another network, the device
cannot be controlled in a remote manner.
In such case, it may be possible that the device and the cellphone are connected in the
same local area network but not connected to the Internet.
1. Please put the cellphone beside the device, and connect it to the same WiFi as the device. Then try to open a
web page and see whether it is smoothly opened to judge whether the WiFi can be connected to the Internet;
2. If the Internet cannot be accessed, it is recommended to restart the router;
3. If such problem occurs when the device is connected to the Internet, please submit the feedback and describe
your problem, and we will sincerely serve you.
5.Device status cannot be synchronized with the status displayed on the app
If the device is controlled by the physical device, the device state may not be synchronized in a timely manner
when you open the APP.
We recommend that you open the App and the device state can be updated after the device is operated on the APP.
6.How to check which third-party controls my device supports?
Please add the device to the APP first and enter the control page of the device, and then click "…" button on
the upper right corner and enter the "more" page. You can view the third party controls supported by the device
at "Supported third party controls". By clicking the icon of the corresponding third party control, you can view
the operation manual of the third party control.
7.What can I do when the third party control is connected but voice
control still fails?
Please check whether the instruction is correctly identified in the APP of the
